Molly has worked within the community and philanthropic sector for ten years. Working and supporting different organisations in various projects. Molly has a strong passion for supporting young people and those that are directly supporting young people and a HUGE advocate for wellbeing!

Charlotte has been involved in the rangatahi space since leaving secondary school in 2019. She has worked as a Youth Advocate for the Electoral Commission and as a Youth Innovator in the Waikato Wellbeing Project. Charlotte has seen first-hand how hard the Youth Sector works, so was energised to join this kaupapa and promote the wellbeing of the sector. She is very excited for this mahi and cannot wait to see the incredible things Te Aka Matua will achieve.
